I ordered all my kettlebells from kettlebells.com.au mate. If you don't want to order from there, maybe try checking out some of the martial arts places. Otherwise, some of the workout world shops used to sell them every now and then.

Do you use those actuall Kettle Bells?

Luckily today I remembered I had spare weights stored away, so I went and grabbed the lot of them, I have plenty of weights now!

They were originally designed a Russian strongman tool i think. They really work the core though, which is a massive plus for all martial arts, so a lot of Martial Arts guys use them.

They're also used in Crossfit a lot.

I like/love core work mate, especially Callistenics such as Push-Ups, Dips, Chins etc etc, these are actually right up the top in terms of high quality physique enhancing exercises.

You want to strengthen your core = DO CALLO'S!!

I still love Bodybuilding though and I do heaps of Resistance Training myself. There was a time a few years back when I did heaps of Chins and Dips, and Chins really made my lats come out, also great for the rear delts if using a wide grip.

I havn't done Chins for half a year now, same goes for dips.
