Ok guy's here is a new supplement i have been introduced to.
To begin with i had the whole thing going on saying this supplement is a scam, its a ponzi scam etc etc. After the person who told me about it insisted it wasn't i said whatever im not signing up for shit but i'll buy a sample from you.
He said ok and i tried it out. After the first 5 days roughly i started to feel things happening, i wasn't sure if it was a placebo or not so i said nothing when he asked me if it was working.
So far what i have felt and its been about 2.5 weeks now. I feel more endurance in the gym, i can go set after set and only need to catch my breath and im ready to go again. I am making progress (naturally) today i did 60kg overhead dumbell extensions which i haven't done for some time now.
Last week when i did triceps and again today after doing 5 heavy sets of overhead dumbell extensions i then normally go and do single arm extensions, when i start doing them i normally feel they are fried and i have taken them to complete failure and i have nothing left in the tank, but now i can keep going and going, at the end of my workouts each day i finish my routine and i feel sore etc but i do feel like i could go and do it all again. I am able to walk into the gym on not enough sleep and still have a great workout, im able to have sex 3 times before the gym and still have a great workout. This shit does work. I thought it was all bullshit just like you may think it is, but seriously i take my hat off this stuff certainly works. My workouts before this have been warm up get intense for 20min then die in the ass and want to go home, now i warm up get intense stay intense and feel like i can go and go and go even when i have finished the workouts.

Something else i noticed, this stuff is suppose to work on all cells so one night before i went to play a poker tourney last week i took some and sure i had a good night and a few lucky draws but there was over 300 people at this one and i was 100% concentrated all night, i memorised previous plays people made and i was well and truely on my game, i got the the final table as chip leader with about 150k nearest to me only had 50k and i took it out and won it last thursday, ended up winning a ticket into the reginal final, a ticket into the wild turkey pro series final playing for 300k, a medalion and $350 prize money. I dont base it all on the supplement obviously but i was really on my game and never missed a beat and didn't lose my patients or get borred or tired.

Here is a video i thought you guys might like. This guy is 49yrs old he broke a world record in powerlifting 5 times in the 1 meeting, which is unheard of, usually you break a record and thats it but he kept going further.

There is going to be alot of marketing happening here soon in Australia as it has only been released here in July 2010 in america it is already massive, the company is 4yrs old and did 50mil last year in sales.
There are 3 NRL teams currently using this supplement they are st george, penrith and parramatta, as far as iam aware parra are a shit team and the other 2 are coming first and second this year.

RESULTS from the clinical trial:

Intracellular lymphocyte glutathione
Normal subjects receiving the nutritional supplement designed to raise glutathione levels
demonstrated a 121% change from baseline levels in lymphocyte intracellular glutathione
over 1 month (p<0.01). The range after 1 month was from 72 to 154 nanograms/106 cells.
Glutathione levels increased further over 2 months to 276% change (p<0.001). The range
after 2 months was from 155 to 310 nanograms/106 cells. In contrast, the glutathione
level of participants receiving placebo decreased -3% over 1 month (p<0.05) and -7 %
over 2 months (p<0.05). The ranges were from 1 to 9 nanograms/106 cells and from 3 to
15 nanograms/106 cells, respectively. Three subjects with chronic insomnia showed the
least improvement.

Age-associated hormone levels DHEA and IGF1
Progressive improvements in age-associated hormone levels were observed in normal
subjects receiving the glutathione promoting supplement. After 1 month, there was a 16%
change from baseline in IGF1 levels (p<0.05). The range was 6 to 41 ng/mL. After the
second month of supplementation, there was a 41% change in IGF1 levels (p<0.001). The
range was from 14 to 80 ng/mL. The decreases in IGF1 levels in placebo-treated subjects
were not statistically significant (-3% at 1 month and -8% at 2 months). The ranges were
from 1 to 5 and from 3 to 11 ng/mL, respectively.
Similarly the age-associated hormone DHEA also increased in subjects receiving the
glutathione promoting supplement. After 1 month, there was an 18% change from
baseline in DHEA levels (p<0.05). The range was 6 to 33 ng/dL. After the second month
of supplementation, there was a 46% change in DHEA levels (p<0.001). The range was
from 18 to 52 ng/dL. The changes in DHEA levels in placebo treated subjects were not
statistically significant (-2 at 1 month and -6 at 2 months). The ranges were from 0 to 5
and from 3 to 11 ng/dL, respectively.

Certainly sounds promising....

I'm surprised I havent heard of this earlier but I trust your opinion enough to give it a go myself on a similar note do you have any knowledge on agmatine? it seems to be a fairly promising otc supplement, just underrated and from what i hear expensive to acquire

never heard of it mate, i'll do some searching.
So far with the Max GXL i have not had 1 shit workout, i walk into the gym sorta going i hope im still good and then yep iam still going hard making progress and feeling good all the time. Can;t wait to see what im like in a few months.

Ok quick update on the max gxl.

Every single morning i wake up im ready to go im awake and alive, i feel great even on only a few hours sleep.
I have not had 1 bad training session since starting the product, i warm up i get intense i stay intense the entire workout then when im finished i dont feel exhuasted i actually feel like i could do it all again over and over. I m not bouncing off the walls kind of energy which would be expecting from a stimulant i just have a natural amount of energy available all the time as max is not a stimulant its working on glutathionine.

Between sets it is purely a matter of catching my breath and im ready to go again. Im increasing my weights each week, im enjoying my training, im having fun, im feeling great. Honestly i can say i have never felt this good.
Ofcourse im still using the resveratrol 100 too and it is having all its sexual health and testosterone boosting benefits but i can certainly feel that the max is making an added difference to my training, recovery and general health.


edit: i can see how what im saying can sound like its all bullshit...lol but honestly i swear to god this is how im feeling...lol it is working.
Up to you if you want to use it or not the science is all there to see it does do what it says, do like i did and buy a sample from me or from someone else then if you like it like i have sign up for free with the company and buy direct, just ask me to set it up for ya takes like 5min. Try it out first though before you buy from them be as skeptical as i was about it and make up your own mind.
