Bit of study on the person would could probably figure out if she'd still be rooting 4 times a week in a few years.. Don't get all emotional, read her non verbal actions with more focus.

If she's stingey now. Id be gone.. fuck that..

There's some things i can take fine, and then theres other things i don't put up with..

Probably more things i don't put up with would be the reason im 24 and still single.

The guy i live with has it sorted, almost living the dream i reckon haha

32yo and changes women monthly, almost religiously too.

Lives with another single bloke(me). We do night swaps, eg he wants the unit for the night to fuck.. pre book it and i don't come home till late.. and vice versa..

Mortgage is pretty small @ $150 a week. No family to support so he's saved up enough to run a business + work fulltime + have little financial reason to work, also lower stress..

And most of all. Every weekend is freedom, no soccer, no family commitments no bullshit...

I suppose its what you want from life..

I can't keep a chick interested in me if my life depended on it. And the ones im interested in couldn't give a fuck about me.. I'm considering getting a rapidshare account to complete my life.

My rent subsidizes his mortgage payments. And no family to support financially meant he was able to save $500 a week every week from his mid 20's.

Nah.. 2 bedder unit double garage unit in the shire..

Its less hot in summer and less cold in winter.

Traffic sucks ass.. And a shit house in the shire sets you back around 500k.

I was looking at jamison town and south penrith..

350k gets a nice place.. Well compared to this 330k unit lol
