I was told to try something from one of the big guys at work a few weeks ago so did this morning..
At the end of my regular chest workout, I tried to push out 100 reps on the flat bench. I was warned not to put too much weight on. I threw on a massive 5 kgs in total. Feels pretty weird after the first 30 reps but then the burn kicks in at rep 50, by rep 65 the pump is huge and it's bloody hard to make the 100 mark..
I fell short at 87...
Best pump ever..
Gonna be sore tomorrow..
