What ones have you found to be the best? as in most informative and useful to your own training/life.

I find watching some of these have a negative impact on me cause i start training like them eg sloppy form and ect.. stuff that would only work for them.

Do you also throw 800lbs on the bar and do front squats? LOL.

Seriously though, they aren't really that informative. They more serve as inspiration for me, and sometimes I pick up little bits like different exercises/movements/ways of hitting the muscles, thats about it. As far "the" best ones, I'd have to say Jay Cutler's All Access so far. I love the way it was presented, and all the info and emotion it captured.

Cant wait to see his next one...

I agree with IW2BC, I also find them more inspirational rather than as a learning tool. But if you're looking for a training vid, I reckon Milos Sarcev's Secret of the Pros or Hany Rambod's FST-7 worth while. Milos explanation of how to perform exercises is great and his explanation of nutrition very useful. As for Hany's dvd, in it he explains how to do an FST-7 exercise for each bodypart. Which speaks for itself since Jay won Olympia and Heath should have won the Arnold this year.

i dont think their form is sloppy. alot of them do only the bottom half of the movement which keeps constant pressure/tension on the muscle therefore no rest periods during the set. makes sense to me, work the muscle as much as possible in the shortest amount of time
I look exactly like Shawn Ray except for my biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs, back, traps, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

I like Dorian Yates B7G, but the spotter annoyed me with his grunting lOL.
Shawn Rays are good because he is honest.
I do like the Olympia videos though, nothing better than contest ready mass monsters.
Ronnies and Jays are good but get a bit repetitive. How many times did I see Ronnie eat corn bread..LOL

I've got his last one, cant remember the name, but did you see how he bagged the fuck out of dorian, the bloody guy is so sore about never winning against Dorian. Then in the same sentence he says how him and Dorian are friends and working together or something. Lol, cracked me up.

Might be a little off cause I haven't watched it in ages, but thats the gist...

Yes that sounds about right. Always placed top 5 but could never get that 1 spot. Same for Flex, who had the biggest ego I've ever seen. I cringe when watching his dvds cause of his trash talking and strutting from one machine to another.

Yeah I remember something like that.
Shawn and Levrone should've had at least 1 Olympia each, not to mention Flex in 1995 or 1996, he was awesome that year.

if you just burn it to a dvd you can watch it on a dvd player. do you mean the TS_file? or if you got a mac you can play them with out converting them

    edit.
I did watch Zack Khan and thought it was boring. I like educational type dvds with these guys, like Hany rambod and Milos. Even Shawn ray, ronnie, lee, they are amusing to watch and do give some good info time to time.

Shock the muscle I guess. The only time I go lighter after a heavy set is for drop sets. Then again they could be moving through the workout at a decent pace so have to drop the weight but it's hard to tell given the editing.
