This DVD cover's Phil's training sessions at the Armbrust gym in Denver Colorado as well as a day in the life of Phil Heath. You get to see him train all body parts utilizing FST-7 at the end of each bodypart session as well as two photo shoots and a guest pose. Interesting to note is his competitiveness towards Dexter Jackson. There is some disparaging remarks but also some praise. Basically Phil believes that he is better than Dexter which was only proven after his higher placing in this year's Arnold. You also have to wonder whether the remarks are due to this genuine belief or because of his very close friendship with Jay and the dislike that Jay and Dexter have towards each other.
It's a good DVD if you're a fan of Phil Heath but if not then your money might be better spent elsewhere. I personally think that he will end up an Olympia winner at some point in the future so the DVD was of interest to me, that and his friendship with The Man... lol

No problem. I was hoping to watch and then review Dexter's new DVD, Unbreakable, but the girlfriend dragged me up to Terrigal this weekend for her mum's birthday. She turned a year older than me lol.
