Default DVD Review - James Llewellin's 1 Step Ahead

Filming starts 6 weeks out from the 2008 UK Championship and covers James' prep for this event under the guidance of Neil Hill. It's generally a training video but does contain James' views on nutrition and supplementation.

The guy comes across as very likeable and therefore it was an easy DVD to watch. He is also very down to earth and has a good sense of humour so there are entertaining moments in this DVD unlike others I have seen recently. The only downside is that the music tends to be repetitive.

James goes on to win this show both in his class (middleweight) and overall and earn his IFBB pro card. He is definitely someone to watch out for in the future in the 202 class of the Olympia.
