    Thumbs up No meat Bulking high calorie Meal plans- 1250cals per meal :)

    yeah 1250cals meal plan non meat for the vege's trying to add more size/weight and strength esp good for ectomorphs who want to stay vegetarian but gain size. You gotta Eat to grow and strain/train and sleep/rest .

    French Toast: 5 pieces wholegrain bread eg burgum. 1. Beat 4 eggs and 1/4 cup whole milk in mixing bowl, season it with cracked salt and pepper and add some chillie flakes if you want. Into a large rectangle electric frying pan put 2 tsp olive oil and allow to heat up a bit. Coat the breads in the egg mixture and cook. Cover the toasts with sliced tomatoe and 200cals of grated fullfat cheese. Serve with a coffee 1 sugar and whole milk splash. Total meal = 1250cals.

    forgot to say also serve with sliced mushrooms and baby spinach leaves for more fullness and vitamin/mineral/health content and to lower the ph of the meal.

    500mls whole milk (a2 or whatevs) (330)
    10g creatine mono (40)
    10g l glutamine (40)
    50g peanut butter smooth -(250)
    85g pea protein or whey protein isolate (310)
    50g milo (200)
    1250cals roughly

    good to have 1250cal meals readily available if someone wants 4x them a day for 5000cal total etc
