    Yes but in 11days time im attempting 63.3k and already up to 88kg bodyweight (bulking atm) feel stronger already and starting a 4day split as of this arvo.
    Wanted to achieve 1.5 marathons in 1 go before 2014 ends lol. Gunna start running at midnight and finish before 8am hopefully. Then back into the bulk . Bit better cardio than your average lifter lol. Healthy is as healthy does.

    Never made the 63.3k - had shocking blisters as it was insanely humid that night (was 26deg c at midnight and crazy humidity...!) rained hard and at the halfway point 29k we pulled the plug we had sweat pouring off ourselves even at only 6min 30sec pace (slow), then I woke up in pain a bit 3hrs later and hobbled up the path and ran a slow 5k participation parkrun .

    lol nah why feel sick, much rather a smoothie and a nice cool lighter feeling . Just signed up for the noosa half marathon. 21.1k flat fast course 24th may. Will train hard for the next 9weeks adding in 5k a wk- this week is 55k due. 20k of that done mon arvo/evening ^Got gold coast and sunshine coast full marathons july 7th and late august 30th I think, will have cracked 100k a week by then and 11 day taper- hold that for 3 more weeks after noosa for the goldy (inc a 3wk taper), then 5wk build to 120k a wk for sunnycoast and 3 week taper.

    75km this week total volume and on the way to being fit enough to go for the 89min halfa, going in the noosa half marathon for fun.
    Will keep training for gold coast 3hr 14min which is a big goal for me being a heavier set runner. Pb is 3hrs 24mins. Im tall but still at 83-87kg most of the time I aint exactly 50kg Kenyan bodyweight
