Rice milk is even better than oat milk, almond milk also good and coconut milk and soy milk (creamiset) and they are all better than bovine estrogen and anti biotic shit cows milk heated up and denatured the bloody protein anyway lol.
If I eat whey protein I usually shit myself within a few hours and have an upset stomach for a full day after.
Trying to get good tasting non whey protein is expensive!!!

The main issue with soy is that if the beans have NOT been fermented, products that are made of fermented soy beans are ok to consume.

The issue with that is overrated and its been proven fine, espec when looking at the japanese who ate tons of soy and much to the contrary alot of the soy WASNT fermented and never posed any issues. Like i sai its all fear mongering and misinformation. The average healthy man and women can eat soy problem free and so they should be able to. I was all " 'soy in general' phobic" til i went vegan and kept researching and dug deeper into the issue and found most if not all if the claims to be unjustified. Trust me if i say i wouldnt be eating and drinking the stuff if it was bad for me...
