Oh, no problems. Ive been overseas 3 times in that period, needed a break, havent been working out but now met a girl over there. Getting married overseas in 7months, so its given me a fresh mind to work out again.

Hope youre well mate.. .. hope everyone else is good and making great progress this year.

So far, lost about 3 kilos from early morning runs and change of diet, its nice to eat healthy again. Everything is good at the moment and things are looking up thanks guys.

cool what you weigh now? 3kg is a great start. If your pretty lean already or dont want to lean up too much- do you want to lose anymore or bulk more?

forum has been quite, certain member do not have the ability to pm, also note anyone who is caught abusing the pm function will lose the right to pm's.
i dont want people on here using it to peddle drugs.
