    Default Couple questions...

Ok a little background info first.

I finished training legs last week on Wednesday night, and they were still very sore yesterday, not so bad today though. I did cardio Thursday and Friday night for half hour per night. I also upped my dose of DNP to 400mg as of Thursday. I also had a 0.5ml shot of Test E on my left Delt Thursday night. I trained chest tonight and felt strong in my left side, but very weak in my right side. I also felt very weak overall training chest. Tonight I maxed out at 120kg for 6 reps, same time last week was 150kg for 4 reps (spot on 3rd and 4th rep). I havent consumed enough water today due to reasons out of my control so I am a little dehydrated. I weighed 118.3kg on Thursday night, same on Friday night, and 118.7kg tonight (only difference is tonight I consumed a shake before I weighed myself, other than that everything else is consistent).

    My questions are -
    1. How long will it take for the Test to get into my system?

    2. Will the test I have taken get in there quick enough to help me recover from my leg session and maybe even repair the muscle substantially enough to offset any bodyfat loss?

    3. Being that the shot was in the left delt, would it be noticeable enough in 2 days, and overpower the other arm/shoulder?

    4. Should I continue the same diet and just wait it out to see if I continue to lose bodyfat, or should I cut out some calories now?

    5. Should I continue on 400mg of DNP or drop it back to 200mg (which I'm leaning toward anyway)?

Cheers guys, any help would be muchly appreciated.

    1. use the roid calc, but i will note that shooting the delt about doubles the release time.
    2. most likely not.
    3. ?
    4. Upping you carbs actually activates the dnp more.

Im not experienced with dnp but i always thought it will make you weaker as you are using more energy to do the same move.
I look exactly like Shawn Ray except for my biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs, back, traps, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

DNP will deplete ATP so your going to have less strength in the gym, it also makes you hold water so that maybe why weight is going up or similar.

I'd keep it all the same and see what happens over a week or more.

Sweet thanks for that guys. I did have a better session tonight, strength and intensity was back up, but I did drink a little more water today and dropped the DNP to 200mg. I'll keep it at 400mg for a little while now though, see what happens...

Still confusing the shit outta me as to why my right side was so weak yesterday...

Not from me I think, although I have read some vague theories about absorption, but as I understand it, there is neglible difference between glutes and delts.

At the end of the day, it's the ester moreso than the location of the shot that is more important.

yeah this is what i meant. wouldnt the location ie the delt or glute have different absorbtion rate? the glute being quicker?

if there is a difference it would be so minor in the grand scheme of things it wouldn't even matter. you'd be talking minutes of time difference if anything at all. Blood flow would be more beneficial to absorbtion rates.
