I'm hoping some of you can share your experiences with me. I'm a 21 year old female, about 5'5" high and weight is around 65kg, but most of my fat is in my stomach and thighs. I've recently started making bigger changes to my diet, trying to eat smaller meals more often, cut sugar where I can, up my protein and healthy fats.
I'd really like to lose the excess weight and tone up a bit too. I was thinking about adding some strength training, but I've been told that it can do more damage than good if you're not doing it correctly.
I don't go to the gym, but I have a treadmill and dumbbells at home, and could probably do about 30-45 minutes a day 4-5 days a week, if I know what I'm doing!
Can anyone recommend anything? What worked and didn't work for you? Should I add supplements and if so, which ones?
